On the afternoon of 30/6, the party committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a conference to announce the politburo's decision on personnel matters.
The politburo decided that Ha Thi Nga, member of the central party committee, secretary of the Tuyen Quang provincial party committee, and head of the Tuyen Quang National Assembly delegation, would no longer participate in the executive committee and standing board of the provincial party committee and would no longer hold the position of secretary of the Tuyen Quang provincial party committee for the 2020-2025 term.
She was appointed to the executive committee and standing board of the party committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2020-2025 term. The decision takes effect from 1/7/2025.

Do Van Chien, president of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, stated that Nga has worked in many agencies and units and has excellently completed all tasks. He believes that in her new position, Nga, along with the standing board, leaders, officials, and public employees, will successfully carry out their assigned duties.
In her acceptance speech, Ha Thi Nga thanked the politburo and the party secretariat for their trust in appointing her to this new position. She affirmed that she would seriously follow the politburo's and the president of the Vietnam Fatherland Front central committee's directions, realizing the implementation of her assigned duties and responsibilities.
Nga said she would continue learning to quickly adapt to the new role, inheriting the achievements, experience, and valuable tradition of unity from the previous leaders and striving to fulfill the tasks assigned by the organization.
On the same day, the standing committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front central committee announced the decision on the official organizational structure operating under the new model.
Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front central committee has a total of 19 departments and units. The advisory and support boards include: Organization and Inspection Board; Democracy, Supervision, and Social Criticism Board; Social Work Board; Propaganda Board; Ethnic and Religious Affairs Board; People's Foreign Affairs Board; Mass Organization Work Board; Finance and Planning Department, and Office.
Specialized boards include: Trade Union Work Board; Labor Relations Board; Farmer's Work Board; Youth Union Work Board; Youth and Children Work Board; and Women's Work Board.
Public service units include: Cadre Training and Scientific Research Institute; Office of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee; Vietnam Fatherland Front Museum; and Dai Doan Ket Newspaper. The boards and units have a total of 446 people, including 141 leaders, 236 public employees, and 69 officials.
The president of the Vietnam Fatherland Front central committee said the new organizational structure will be effective from 1/7.
