General Secretary To Lam extends New Year greetings to capital residents

On the evening of 16/2/2025, the 29th of the 12th lunar month in the Year of At Ty, General Secretary To Lam visited and extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, authorities, and people of Hanoi. During his visit, he offered incense to King Ly Thai To and gave lucky money to residents and soldiers on duty.

The delegation included Pham Gia Tuc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Chief of the Central Office; Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Nguyen Trong Dong, member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee. Other leaders from the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, departments, boards, sectors, and representatives of the capital's residents also participated.

General Secretary To Lam, along with central and Hanoi leaders, offered incense in remembrance of King Ly Thai To and previous generations. They honored their contributions to building and protecting Thang Long - Hanoi, a city of a thousand years of civilization, and preserving the traditional cultural and historical values of the capital and the nation.

General Secretary To Lam extended New Year greetings and gave lucky money to workers, laborers, police officers, and traffic police personnel on duty. He conversed with them, wishing the capital's residents a joyful and happy Binh Ngo Spring (2026) and many successes in the new year.
