Ahead of the new year, General Secretary To Lam offered incense at Thang Long Imperial Citadel to honor ancestors and at House 67 relic site in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh.

Attending the ceremony on the morning of 16/2 were Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organization Commission, and Pham Gia Tuc, Chief of the Party Central Office.

At Thang Long Imperial Citadel, General Secretary To Lam and other delegates respectfully honored the contributions of ancestors who built and developed the nation. They prayed for national peace and prosperity, and for the people's well-being and happiness.

Speaking with staff members of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel relic site, General Secretary To Lam emphasized its historical significance, marking a thousand years and embodying national cultural essence. He noted it was where dynasties founded and defended the country, cultivating a long-standing tradition of civilization.

General Secretary To Lam urged staff to continue restoring, preserving, and promoting the heritage's value. He asked them to introduce it to domestic and international visitors, showcasing pride in the nation's history and Thang Long - Hanoi.

Later that morning, General Secretary To Lam offered incense in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 relic site within the Presidential Palace, where he passed away.

Acknowledging efforts to preserve documents and artifacts, General Secretary To Lam requested staff at the relic site to continue their responsibility, better safeguarding memorabilia of President Ho and presenting them so that the public and international friends can gain a deeper understanding of President Ho Chi Minh's life and career.

In 2025, the relic site welcomed 2,6 million domestic and international visitors for tours and research. It organized numerous specialized exhibitions and displays, including content on the 14 Party Congresses and activities celebrating the 16th National Assembly election.
