These products include: AI and data-based recognition, analysis, forecasting, and control systems, equipment, and software; platforms supporting AI research, development, and application; personalized learning path software based on big data; and smart education systems serving STEAM.

The product list also features: unmanned aerial vehicles; new energy, environmentally friendly vehicles; biological medicines for medical and agricultural applications; and new generation vaccines, medical biologics, and diagnostic biologics.

The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Science and Technology to periodically review, evaluate, and propose updates to both the prioritized and encouraged high technology lists based on practical developments.

Organizations that received certificates or recognition for high technologies and high-tech products under the list approved by the Prime Minister in 2020 will continue to have these valid until the expiration date on their issued certificates.
