The Hai Phong City People's Committee recently announced that the fireworks program will commence simultaneously at the stroke of midnight, lasting approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
The traditional display area at the City Theater Square, which typically attracts a large crowd, will not host fireworks this year. The city has adjusted its plan, distributing the display points across multiple areas to better serve residents and alleviate traffic congestion in the old central district.
