The new walking street will operate regularly on Friday and Saturday evenings each week. This area is designed as a continuous series of experiences, featuring 25 to 30 stalls. These stalls will be concentrated in three main locations: the flagpole yard, the sidewalk adjacent to Quang Trung flower garden, and along Tran Hung Dao street.
The walking street aims to blend traditional cultural elements with modern styles. It will showcase Hai Phong specialties and OCOP (One Commune One Product) items, prioritizing digital solutions and cashless payment options for visitors.

The City Theater Square will serve as the main stage for professional art programs, while nearby streets will host vibrant street performances and community interactions. Additionally, the zone will feature eSports activities and technology experiences tailored for young people.
Mr. Vu Dinh Tien, Deputy Director of the Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, stated that this pilot walking street project is crucial for the city. It will provide a foundation to research, evaluate, and refine Hai Phong's night economy development model, ultimately creating a distinctive tourism highlight for the port city.
