The tests will take place from 24/6 to 29/6 at the Hung Vuong Driver's License Testing Center in Thach That district. Located over 40 km from central Hanoi, the Hung Vuong Testing Center has been operating for over 10 years and boasts modern facilities, including a 2.5-hectare training and testing ground.
On the first day, 24/6, the Traffic Police Department will administer tests for students from the Hung Vuong driving school and the Military Technical College 1. Subsequent days will be reserved for students from the Fire Prevention and Fighting University, the Transportation and Public Works Vocational College, the Thanh An Vocational Training Center, and the Anh Tuan Vocational Training Center.
A representative from a driving school stated that this round of testing will primarily focus on those seeking a class C license.

On 1/3, traffic police nationwide took over the responsibility of driver's license testing and issuance, license renewals, and international driver's permit issuance from the Department of Transportation. Due to complications during the transition, testing has been on hold for over three months.
According to official statistics, 705,105 people nationwide have completed their training but haven't been able to take the test. Of these, 340,480 are awaiting car licenses, and 364,622 are waiting for motorcycle licenses.
Currently, only a little over 10 provinces and cities have resumed testing, mainly those with a smaller backlog of applications. On 14/5, Ho Chi Minh City's Traffic Police conducted their first driver's license test since the transition, facing a backlog of 119,000 applications. Hanoi currently has over 73,000 pending applications.
