Ring road 3 stretches over 90 km, passing through HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Long An provinces, with a total investment of over 75,400 billion VND. Upon completion, the entire route will not only connect traffic but also create an urban and industrial corridor for the southern key economic zone. The section through Long An has a total investment of over 4,200 billion VND, including construction and compensation for resettlement support.
