The company received a 290 million VND fine for selling 2,600 kg of hazardous waste to an individual not authorized to handle such materials. An additional 45 million VND fine was levied due to the company's general solid waste storage area not meeting environmental protection requirements. The penalties were issued in accordance with Government Decree 45/2022 on administrative sanctions in environmental protection.

The Hue City People's Committee has mandated that Kanglongda Vietnam restore the environment to its original state, transfer the hazardous waste to a certified handler, and submit a remediation report within 30 days. The company is responsible for all remediation costs.

Kanglongda Vietnam Technology Protection Co., Ltd. manufactures disposable and protective gloves. The legal representative is Lu Jian Gen, a Chinese national.
