After 1.5 years of construction, the DT 25C road has successfully linked with the T1 route and National Highway 51, creating a vital interchange that directly connects Long Thanh Airport with Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3.
The interchange was developed concurrently through two projects: the T1 route, overseen by Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), and the DT 25C road, invested by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.
Key components are now largely complete, allowing for preliminary traffic flow through the interchange.

In addition to the two direct connections to the airport, DT 25C also features two branches leading to National Highway 51. Unlike the interchanges connecting the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and the HCMC - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, this area permits motorbikes.
The interchange area, part of the Long Thanh Airport T1 route project, features road markings, an installed lighting system, and newly planted trees and grass below. A branch road from DT 25C leads to National Highway 51, with a viaduct above connecting National Highway 51 to Long Thanh Airport.

The connecting section between the Long Thanh Airport T1 route project and DT 25C is being finalized; median strips will be planted with flowers for landscaping.
The DT 25C road is designed with 8 lanes, four lanes in each direction, including three lanes for automobiles and one lane for two and three-wheeled vehicles, as well as rudimentary vehicles. A speed limit sign is visible at the branch from DT 25C leading to National Highway 51.

The DT 25C road section from Huong Lo 19 to National Highway 51 spans about 2.5 km and is 45 meters wide in phase one, with a total capital of nearly 700 billion dong. The route includes three at-grade intersections with Huong Lo 19, Huong Lo 12, and National Highway 51.
The DT 25C road through Phuoc An commune is currently undergoing subgrade construction. The project has faced delays due to land clearance issues, with the entire route expected to be completed in QIII this year. The project also involves constructing the Ba Ky Bridge, spanning over 24.5 meters long and 37 meters wide, across the canal of the same name.
Construction is underway at the DT 25C interchange with Huong Lo 19. Previously, sections of the DT 25C route connecting to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 were also largely completed.
Once the entire route is finished, DT 25C will form a key connection axis linking Long Thanh Airport with the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway and Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, serving transport demands when the airport becomes operational.
