The project spans over 4 hectares and comprises six towers, ranging from 31 to 40 stories. It is designed following the "Sky Living" model, which organizes living spaces vertically to maximize views and enhance connection between residents and nature. The diverse unit types, from studios to sky villas, cater to both residential and long-term investment needs.
Located along Thang Long Boulevard, a major transportation artery directly linking central Hanoi with its western region, the project benefits from excellent connectivity. This strategic position allows convenient access to key economic, technological, and educational areas, leveraging ongoing infrastructure investments.

West Hanoi is emerging as a new growth hub in the real estate market, driven by the synchronized development of its transportation infrastructure. Strategic arteries such as Thang Long Boulevard, Ring Road 3.5, Ring Road 4, and the planned Metro line 5 (Van Cao - Hoa Lac) facilitate movement and urban expansion.
In this context, the introduction of well-planned projects with clear legal frameworks will stimulate the real estate market and augment housing supply in the area. Imperia Sky Park is expected to help shape West Hanoi's urban landscape and attract a new wave of residents and investors.
Prior to Imperia Sky Park, MIK Group developed several projects in this area, including The Matrix One, Imperia Smart City, The Solar Park, and The Victoria.
