The request for a comprehensive national system aims to ensure accurate and timely reporting of election outcomes. This system will track, update, and synthesize results across the country. On election day, all involved agencies must maintain a rapid, timely, and accurate reporting mechanism to inform the Politburo, the Secretariat, and other competent authorities.
This directive was issued during a meeting chaired by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on the morning of 12/3, with the sub-committees of the National Election Council. The meeting focused on reviewing and assessing election preparations. With just three days remaining until the nationwide vote, localities have fully implemented all steps in the election process, and candidate lists have been announced. Preliminary statistics indicate that the country has nearly 79 million voters across over 72,000 polling stations, supported by an election organizational system prepared from the central to grassroots levels.
A primary objective of the election is to achieve high voter turnout. "The common desire of the Party and State leaders is for a high voter turnout, as this is the day voters directly choose worthy representatives to participate in the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels", Chairman Man stated. He urged the sub-committees of the National Election Council not to be complacent or negligent, but to promptly address any emerging situations, ensuring the election proceeds democratically, lawfully, and safely.

To achieve these goals, agencies are coordinating with localities to review all stages of the election process, from voter lists, candidate lists, and election documents to the physical facilities at polling stations. Functional forces need to proactively monitor the situation, enhance security and order measures at polling sites, and promptly detect and address any emerging issues.
Regarding the resolution of complaints and denunciations, Chairman Man requested agencies to continue monitoring, receiving, classifying, and coordinating verification and conclusive handling of all eligible cases. Duplicate or ineligible applications should be classified and filed, while also being closely monitored to prevent their misuse for information disruption during and after election day.
