When marking their ballots, voters must maintain secrecy; no one, including members of the polling team, is allowed to view the ballot's content. On the ballot, voters must not circle, cross out, underline, or strike through the names of candidates; nor should they add special marks or write in names not on the candidate list.
Voters must not cast votes for more candidates than the number specified on the ballot, nor should they submit a blank ballot. If a ballot is spoiled, the voter has the right to request a new one.
