Passenger bus carrying 12 people plunges 40 m into ravine on An Khe Pass

A sleeper bus traveling on national highway 19 unexpectedly plunged into a ravine on An Khe Pass, killing one passenger and injuring 10, on the evening of 10/5.

Around 10 p.m. on 10/5, a passenger bus transporting 12 individuals was traveling from west to east on national highway 19. While descending An Khe Pass in Binh Khe commune, the bus was struck from behind by a truck. The impact caused the bus to veer off the road and plunge 40 meters into a ravine.

The accident resulted in one fatality and 10 injured passengers. Among the injured, two sustained severe injuries and are currently being transferred to Gia Lai Central General Hospital.
