At 1:45 a.m., a Da Nang-registered passenger bus traveling south on National Highway 1 lost control near Song Tri ward. The bus veered off the road and overturned.

The accident resulted in 9 fatalities and injured more than 10 others, who were transported to local hospitals.

At the scene, the bus was extensively damaged, with some wheels nearly detached and debris scattered across the road.

Ha Tinh police are conducting rescue operations, managing traffic flow, and investigating the cause of the accident.
