According to Ba Vi commune's electronic information portal, these initiatives are what Sun Group intends to implement as it develops the Ba Vi ecological tourism complex, which includes a semi-wild animal park (safari) component. The project, proposed by the company, covers an area of over 580 hectares with a total estimated capital of 10,000 billion dong, encompassing costs for compensation, site clearance, support, and resettlement.

For residents impacted by the project, the plan offers two main components: compensation in cash or land, coupled with support to create new income sources through vocational training, labor recruitment, and the consumption of local products. The company refers to this as a "land-for-livelihood" model, aiming to transition residents from agricultural production to working and doing business in the tourism and service sectors.

Households requiring relocation are expected to be situated in a resettlement area equipped with synchronous infrastructure. Sun Group estimates the project will need approximately 400-500 workers during its construction phase. When the safari becomes operational, projected to be as early as 2028, the demand for personnel is expected to exceed 1,000 people. The company plans to create job opportunities for local workers, particularly those from households affected by the project.

Beyond direct employment within the complex, the plan also considers opportunities for residents to provide accommodation, food and beverage services, transportation, and to sell local products. The scale of these activities will depend on the implementation progress and the actual number of visitors once the project is operational.

According to the Hanoi Department of Finance, Sun Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company, a member of Sun Group, has proposed to be selected to implement the project under a special provision of the Capital Law. Of the total preliminary investment capital of 10,000 billion dong, the company expects to contribute 1,500 billion dong, with the remainder being mobilized capital.

The project is divided into two phases, covering approximately 251 hectares and nearly 330 hectares, respectively. If the investment policy is approved, the company anticipates starting implementation in Q4/2026, completing phase one by Q4/2028, and the entire project by Q1/2030. The projected service capacity is 5 million visitors annually in phase one, increasing to 10 million visitors upon full completion. This represents an investment and operational plan, not actual results.

The maximum construction area is approximately 72,8 hectares, featuring buildings one to five stories high depending on the functional zone. The majority of the area, over 446 hectares, is allocated for themed parks, landscape greenery, and water features.

Ba Vi commune is located northwest of Hanoi, bordering Phu Tho province. It covers an area of over 81 square kilometers and has a population of over 26,650 people following recent mergers.
