The Cong Truong Me Linh roundabout is located on the banks of the Saigon River, at the intersection of six streets: Ton Duc Thang, Hai Ba Trung, Thi Sach, Ngo Duc Ke, Phan Van Dat, and Ho Huan Nghiep. This area, located just over a kilometer from Ben Thanh Market, experiences heavy traffic and frequent congestion. Motorbikes passing through the roundabout close to turning trucks are at risk of entering blind spots, increasing the likelihood of accidents.
