The lighting system, lawn, and landscaping around the cultural center are largely complete. The project is expected to open at the end of July, 5 months ahead of schedule.
Following its merger, Hac Thanh ward now has a population of over 197,000, creating a significant demand for educational, recreational, and sports facilities for young people. The nearing completion of the Children's Cultural Center and Sports Center is anticipated to provide a modern complex that meets the expectations of residents in Thanh Hoa's central urban area.
