The Ministry of Construction recently reported to the Prime Minister, the Task Force for Project 6 Implementation, and the Ministry of Public Security on a list of documents under its management slated for integration into the VNeID application.
The ministry has identified 22 types of documents and data eligible for integration into VNeID during 2026. Within the road transport sector, this list includes vehicle origin information, transport business licenses, and technical safety and environmental protection inspection certificates and stamps for motor vehicles, excluding motorcycles and mopeds.
According to the proposed timeline, the integration of transport business license information is scheduled for completion in august. Vehicle origin information is set for october, while technical safety and environmental protection inspection certificates and stamps for motor vehicles are slated for july.

For specialized vehicles, the Ministry of Construction plans to integrate their inspection certificates and stamps in november.
The comprehensive list of 22 document types also encompasses various data and paperwork from the maritime, inland waterway, aviation, construction, real estate, and railway sectors. These include: ship registration certificates, inland waterway vessel registration certificates, inland waterway professional certificates, aircraft ownership information, pilot licenses and ratings, construction permits, and valid railway driver licenses.
Conversely, the Ministry of Construction also proposed removing 14 types of documents and data from the VNeID integration list. Three of these types had been previously suggested for removal, 8 were deemed legally ineligible for integration, and three currently lack established database systems.
Specifically, driver training licenses and training vehicle licenses are proposed for removal due to unmet data requirements. Current regulations for automobile driver training licenses do not mandate organizations to provide tax identification numbers, business identification numbers, or personal identification codes, resulting in a lack of corresponding fields in the software and database.
Additionally, international road transport licenses between Vietnam and China for Vietnamese vehicles are also slated for removal from the integration list.
Three other document types are being excluded from the list due to the absence of database systems: welder certificates, motor vehicle inspection facility operation eligibility certificates, and driving practice instructor certificates.
