The subsidized tuition fee for trainees is 18.15 million Vietnamese dong per course, excluding testing fees, licensing fees, and simulator training costs. Trainees can choose a flexible two-part payment plan: 10.15 million dong upon application and 8 million dong after completing the theory section. Xanh SM can provide advances for the second payment as agreed upon by both parties, alleviating immediate financial burdens.
Upon completing the training course, qualified trainees will be officially recruited to work at Xanh SM with competitive salaries and a professional environment. The team of full-time drivers, honed by their military experience, will enhance the quality of Xanh SM's drivers and services, providing peace of mind to customers.
Nguyen Van Thanh, Global CEO of GSM, stated that soldiers embody courage and discipline. "These qualities will be valuable assets to the Xanh SM team, driving new standards for the transportation service industry," Thanh said.
Meanwhile, Nguyen Van Viet, Director of Thai Son Center, affirmed that this is not only a stable career choice but also an opportunity for trainees to contribute to the community in a new role.
