Vietnam Vibes awards over 100 million VND for photos and videos showcasing Vietnam's beauty

The Vietnam Vibes by Vietravel contest offers total prizes exceeding 100 million VND, including cash and travel vouchers, for outstanding photos and videos that capture the beauty of Vietnam's people and landscapes.

The online newspaper VnExpress has launched the Vietnam Vibes by Vietravel contest leading up to the 80th anniversary of National Day on 2/9. The contest aims to capture and share diverse perspectives of the country through photos and short videos.

The contest has two categories: photo and video. Vietnamese and international participants can submit photos and videos that introduce and promote the image of Vietnam, its people, cultural values, and natural landscapes across the country. The goal is to inspire national pride and the desire for development among all people.

Submissions can also reflect the developmental achievements in all aspects of Vietnamese life, culture, and society, especially during the period of renovation, development, and international integration. The organizing committee encourages the inclusion of the Vietnamese national flag.

Vietnam Vibes by Vietravel will award a total of eight prizes across two categories (photo and video), with four prizes in each category:

First Prize: 10 million VND in cash and a Vietravel travel voucher worth 10 million VND, totaling 20 million VND.

Second Prize: 5 million VND in cash and a Vietravel travel voucher worth 10 million VND, totaling 15 million VND.

Third Prize: 2 million VND in cash and a Vietravel travel voucher worth 5 million VND, totaling 7 million VND.

Consolation Prize: A Vietravel travel voucher worth 5 million VND. This prize is awarded to the entry most shared on social media or with the most likes on the program's website.

Readers can submit photos/short videos here.

The judging panel includes singer Hong Nhung, content creator Khoai Lang Thang, and Associate Professor Dr. Lam Minh Chau, Senior Lecturer at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The award ceremony is scheduled for the first week of September at the VnExpress headquarters.

Representing Vietravel, Ms. Nguyen Nguyet Van Khanh, Group Marketing Director, stated that partnering with Vietnam Vibes holds special significance, especially during the company's 30th anniversary year.

"Each entry offers a genuine glimpse into the ever-changing, inspiring, and vibrant Vietnam, aligning with Vietravel's mission: connecting people with the beauty of Vietnam, from real-life experiences to artistic expressions," she said.

Participants can submit their entries directly on the program's webpage. Photo submissions must be in digital format (JPG), with a minimum width or height of 3,000 pixels and a minimum file size of 2MB. Each participant can submit one photo.

Video submissions must be in MP4 format, vertically oriented, no longer than one minute and 30 seconds, with at least Full HD quality, and a maximum file size of 200MB. Each individual or group can submit one video.

All entries must comply with legal regulations, respect cultural norms, refrain from promoting specific brands, and authentically reflect the beauty of Vietnam's land, people, culture, and life.

In addition to the prizes, winning entries will be featured on VnExpress media platforms. This provides participants with an opportunity to showcase their creative perspectives and share positive messages about Vietnam.
