Initial reports indicate that a group of workers were working near a fence adjacent to the industrial park's internal road when the wall suddenly collapsed, trapping four individuals. Onlookers and authorities quickly rescued the victims.

The incident resulted in the death of Nguyen Thi Tuyen, 42. Several other workers sustained injuries and were hospitalized for emergency treatment.

A representative from Aqua Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. stated that the victims were laborers hired by the construction contractor for the project, not direct employees of the company.
