Part of Vietnam GameVerse 2026, the Cosplay Contest is a community event for individuals or groups of up to eight members nationwide. In the individual category, each performance features one main contestant and a maximum of two support staff. The group category is designed for teams of two to eight people. Each contestant may register only one entry throughout the program.
The registration period will last three weeks, from 6/3 to 20/3. Participants must register on the program website and submit an entry comprising a photo set of up to 10 images showcasing their cosplay character, along with a brief concept description. For group entries, a representative needs to register and provide complete information for all participating members.

Valid entries will proceed to the evaluation round, which runs from 25/3 to 16/4. Scores for this round are calculated based on reader votes on the website, as well as shares and comments on the official fanpage.
From these results, the top 5 entries from each category will advance to the final round. Specifically, the two entries with the highest number of votes and the three entries with the highest evaluation scores will proceed. Evaluation scores are determined by a 70% weighting from the judging panel and a 30% weighting from reader votes.
The Cosplay Contest final round will take place on 9/5 in TP HCM. Performances will be judged by the panel to select the top 3 best entries from each category.
In the individual category, the first place winner will receive 10 million VND in cash. The second place winner will receive 7 million VND, while the third place winner will receive 5 million VND. In the group category, the first place prize is 15 million VND, second place is 10 million VND, and third place is 5 million VND. All prizes include gifts from accompanying sponsors.
