Vietnam GameHub 2026 opens registration

Starting 5/3, Vietnamese organizations and individuals can submit game projects to find investors, publishers, and partners at GameHub 2026.

The preliminary round of the program will run for five weeks, from 5/3 to 10/4. During this period, organizations or individuals with game projects and products can register online via the GameHub portal.

Each organization or individual may submit multiple projects. Products of any genre, with either a trial or official version, are eligible to participate.

Program regulations require projects to ensure no copyright infringement, adherence to cultural customs, historical accuracy, and respect for national sovereignty. All product-related information must be provided transparently and accurately, avoiding misleading or unclear content.

After the preliminary round, projects meeting the organizing committee's criteria will be selected for the evaluation round. Basic information about these projects will also be published on the program's website.

The evaluation round, scheduled for 20-25/4, will feature a judging panel and investors, including representatives from leading Vietnamese game businesses, publishers, and studios. They will score project submissions to select outstanding entries. Representatives from the chosen teams will then present their products directly to the panel, receiving feedback from industry experts.

Projects deemed to have potential will present their completed versions in the final round on 8/5. The top five most outstanding projects will have the opportunity to secure investment capital and establish partnerships with industry businesses. Additionally, the top 5 will receive a media package worth 100 million dong and a cash prize of 50 million dong from the organizing committee, supporting their promotion and market entry.

Vietnam GameHub is a program designed to discover and connect developing Vietnamese game projects. Over its seasons, the program has identified numerous creative ideas and built bridges for development teams to access investors, publishers, and strategic partners.

The event is a highlight of the Vietnam Game Festival (Vietnam GameVerse) 2026. This year's series of activities, themed "Do Local - Go Global," reflects the Vietnamese game industry's ambition to enhance human resource quality, promote technology transfer, and elevate the "Make in Vietnam" brand.

The program is collaboratively organized by the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information, the Vietnam Game Development Association, VnExpress newspaper, and FPT Online Services Joint Stock Company (FPT Online).
