The half marathon, scheduled for 30/8, marks the first time Vietnam's largest running series will be held in Vung Tau. With an anticipated 7,000 athletes, this event is a significant closure to the summer tourism season, especially as Vung Tau has recently upgraded public works to welcome more visitors.

The race jersey captures the moment Vung Tau's sea transitions from dawn into a new day. Ocean blue is the main color, evoking the expansive sky and sea while conveying positive energy to participants with every stride.

A key feature of the design is the gentle curves running along the jersey's body. These details mimic the movement of ocean waves and symbolize the endurance and rhythm of runners on their journey to the finish line.

On the chest, the Vung Tau Lighthouse is integrated into the design as a distinctive local identifier. This symbol not only recalls a familiar landmark but also represents guidance, embodying the running community's spirit of overcoming limits and aspiring to reach further. This landmark is likely to be on the race course, which will be announced in the coming time.

According to the organizers, the attire is designed to accompany runners on the coastal route, where the blue of the ocean, the sea breeze, and the lively atmosphere of the sports festival converge. In addition to the race T-shirt for all distances, a singlet version will be provided exclusively for athletes registered for the 21km challenge, optimizing movement and enhancing cooling.

The jersey is supplied by Velosar, featuring a lightweight design (95-100g) and Poly Mesh 110 GSM material with a rapid sweat-wicking, non-sticky mesh structure. Four-way stretch Spandex offers flexibility. The Flatlock seams eliminate chafing, combined with basic odor-resistance and UV protection, ensuring maximum comfort for athletes.

Athletes across all distances can choose between the Singlet or T-shirt style based on personal preference at registration. Besides the race jersey, runners who successfully complete the 21km distance will also receive a Finisher shirt. The design of this shirt will be announced by the organizers in the coming time.
