Three people have died and at least 67 cases of Legionnaires' disease, a severe form of pneumonia, have been diagnosed in an outbreak in central Harlem, New York.
A 59-year-old man nearly died after being stung by a sea creature while swimming, contracting Vibrio vulnificus, commonly known as "flesh-eating bacteria."
