According to a management representative, the voco brand aims to create a distinctive resort experience, combining international operational standards with local cultural inspiration. At the Nha Trang property, the local touch is evident from the moment of arrival. "After checking in, guests will receive a welcome gift of dried mango-filled chocolates, made directly from selected fresh mangoes sourced from Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa," the representative stated.

The hotel's culinary ecosystem comprises five distinct dining spaces, catering to diverse guest preferences. Highlights include Infini Bleu, a poolside bar with an infinity sea view; La Bonita, a restaurant specializing in Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a focus on Italy and Spain dishes; and The Show, an all-day dining restaurant featuring live cooking demonstrations.

The lobby area also includes the flexible Socialite space, serving coffee during the day and transforming into a bar with craft beverages and light snacks in the evening.
