Ocean-inspired wellness treatments at Cam Ranh resort

Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh launches ESC Spa with ocean-inspired wellness treatments, combining healthcare and resort experiences.

ESC Spa, located within Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh, is just a few minutes' walk from the sands of Bai Dai beach. The spa focuses on ocean-inspired wellness treatments, delivered by a team of specialists who blend traditional massage methods with modern techniques. Some treatments incorporate natural, organic products.

Guests can experience the traditional Vietnamese massage, a therapy combining warm coconut oil massage with acupressure techniques applied to meridian lines to promote blood circulation, clear energy pathways, and restore body balance.

The "Relaxation Experience" package offers a three-day wellness journey, integrating physical activities, mental balance, and nutritional guidance. Each day begins with a private beachside yoga session, followed by breakfast prepared with fresh ingredients. This package is available for guests booking for three nights or more, with prices starting from 5.4 million VND per night for one room.

During their stay, guests will experience a 60-minute ESC healing hand massage. Additionally, a daily "health booster" lunch or dinner is served, featuring a menu of nutritious ingredients and dishes prepared by the resort's chef.

Van Tran, ESC Spa Manager, stated that the ESC healing hand treatment, which combines massage with hot stones, offers a relaxing experience for guests. "The massage movements follow a specific process, aiming to help the body relax and provide a sense of comfort after resting," she said.

All relaxation journeys begin in the aromatherapy steam room, where herbal essences help relax the body and mind. This is followed by a sauna, aiding body detoxification and stress reduction. The Himalaya salt room, cold ice grotto, and sea-facing yoga studio offer additional wellness experiences, helping guests achieve physical balance and connect with nature.

Its proximity to Cam Ranh International Airport makes Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh a premier destination for luxury retreats that combine relaxation, local cultural exploration, and entertainment for all ages.
