The airline offers a menu of fresh, hot Vietnamese and international dishes, including Pho Thin and Vietnamese Banh Mi. Flights also feature various cultural and artistic activities at an altitude of 10,000 meters.

The largest private airline in Vietnam, it has achieved a 7-star rating – the world's highest for aviation safety – from the reputable organization AirlineRatings. It also ranks among the top 50 global airlines for operations and financial health by AirFinance Journal. The airline consistently receives awards for best low-cost airline from prestigious organizations such as Skytrax, CAPA, and AirlineRatings.
