In comparison to VinFast's smallest model, the Minio Green (3,090 x 1,496 x 1,625 mm with a 2,065 mm wheelbase), the Xiaoma is marginally wider and taller, though its length and wheelbase are shorter.

The second row offers enough space for adults, though it is optimal for short journeys. Both seats can fold flat to expand cargo capacity. When carrying four occupants, trunk space becomes very limited.
Priced at 199 million VND, the Bestune Xiaoma targets customers who prioritize practicality and basic transportation over brand prestige, essentially seeking an alternative to motorbikes for daily commutes and protection from the elements. However, the Xiaoma will require time to establish its durability and reliability in the market. Slightly higher priced alternatives include the VinFast Minio Green (269 million VND), VF 3 (302 million VND), and the anticipated Wuling Macaron (269 million VND).
