Following its launch in the Vietnam market, the VinFast VF Wild has become a focal point in the automobile market, especially during the early deposit period from 25/9 to 30/9.

The company offers a direct incentive of 61 million VND for the pickup truck, along with a 5% reduction under the second "For a Green Future" program. After these incentives, the effective price of the VF Wild is 756 million VND. VinFast expects to deliver the first units in october.

Experts consider this pricing attractive for users seeking a versatile pickup truck. With its large cargo bed, the VF Wild can transport goods, tools, and merchandise. On weekends, the vehicle accommodates long trips, visits to the countryside, or family picnics.

The second-row seating features a flat floor, ample legroom, and rear air vents, enhancing comfort for passengers on extended journeys. The seats boast a sporty design, while the multi-layered dashboard incorporates contrasting colors. A 10-inch central touchscreen provides operational information, entertainment, and vehicle controls.

The VinFast VF Wild measures 5,376 mm in length, 2,069 mm in width, 1,873 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 3,258 mm. These dimensions give it the imposing appearance characteristic of a pickup truck, promising generous space for both passengers and the rear cargo area.

The cargo bed is 1,574 mm long, 1,512 mm wide, and 509 mm high, with a payload capacity of 750 kg. This space is designed for carrying work tools, materials, goods, or camping gear, tables, chairs, and sports equipment.

The company positioned side steps along the vehicle's sides, allowing users easier access to items placed deep within the bed. A pneumatic system assists the rear tailgate, reducing the force required for opening and closing. The cargo bed's functionality extends further with V2L (vehicle-to-load) capability, enabling the VF Wild to supply power to external devices, supporting compatible tools at a worksite or electrical equipment during camping trips.

A travel range of up to 1,000 km

The VF Wild's key differentiator is its extended range electric powertrain. The vehicle uses a 46,4 kWh LFP battery, providing an electric-only range of over 250 km on a full charge, according to the manufacturer's announcement.

Experts note this range is sufficient for daily routines such as commuting, meeting clients, or city travel. Users can prioritize electric power for familiar routes, taking advantage of the electric motor's seamless acceleration and quiet operation.

For longer journeys, the REEV (range extended electric vehicle) system supplements energy, boosting the total operating range to 1,000 km, as announced by the company. This configuration offers users more flexibility for business trips, visits to their hometowns, or exploring distant regions.

In addition to the direct price incentive, VF Wild owners receive free charging up to 10 times a month at V-Green public stations until 10/2/2029. This benefit optimizes and reduces running costs during the vehicle's ownership period.

The VinFast VF Wild has a listed price of 860 million VND for the black, red, and white color options. The silver version costs 872 million VND, including VAT. Users can place a deposit of 15 million VND for the vehicle from 25/9 to 30/9 via the website or VinFast's nationwide authorized distribution system.
