Honda revealed that the 2026 CB400 Super Four e-clutch will feature a new chassis and suspension system, integrated with the company's e-clutch, alongside a new 4-cylinder inline, DOHC 16-valve engine.
In addition to the e-clutch system, both the CB400 and CBR400R are equipped with a TFT digital display, replacing the previous monochrome LCD screen, as well as an electronic throttle control system (throttle-by-wire). They also feature LED lighting and smartphone connectivity via an application.
According to the plan, the CB400 and CBR400R Super Four e-clutch will have their global launch at the 53rd Tokyo Motorcycle and Scooter Show 2026 in late March. Subsequently, this pair of concept motorcycles will be further introduced at the 5th Nagoya Motorcycle Show 2026 on 10-11/4.
The CB400 Super Four was introduced in 1992, exclusively for the Japanese market. Despite numerous upgrades over the years, its design largely remained consistent. Its masculine styling and robust engine garnered affection from many motorcycle enthusiasts in Vietnam.
