Isuzu equipped the D-Max EV with two electric motors: a front-axle motor delivering 58 horsepower and 108 Nm of torque, and a rear-axle motor providing 130 horsepower and 217 Nm of torque. Combined, the electric pickup generates a total of 188 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque.
A 66,9 kWh lithium-ion battery powers the electric motors, offering a 331 km range on a full charge. The battery supports 11 kW AC charging, taking 10 hours for a 0-100% charge. It also accommodates DC fast charging up to 50 kW, achieving a 20-80% charge in approximately 60 minutes. The vehicle features four levels of regenerative braking.
The D-Max EV's exterior is identical to its diesel counterparts, save for blue accents on the grille, an "EV" logo, and "Dual Motor" badging on the truck bed. Isuzu upgraded the rear suspension to a new De Dion system, replacing the traditional leaf spring setup.
Inside, the D-Max EV features led headlights, led fog lights, and led taillights. The cabin includes a 7-inch LCD instrument cluster, a 9-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, 8 speakers, an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat, dual-zone automatic climate control with a fine dust filter, and a 360-degree camera.

Manufactured in Thailand, the D-Max EV is available in a single double-cab version priced at 48,600 USD, making it the most expensive D-Max variant in the country.
In Thailand, the D-Max and Toyota Hilux consistently rank among the top-selling pickups. However, in Vietnam, the Ford Ranger holds greater popularity.
