The UC3 is Honda's first model in Southeast Asia to feature a 3,174 kWh LFP battery. Fixed under the scooter's floor, the battery meets IP67 water resistance and UNR136 safety standards for batteries and electrical systems. Its stated operating range is 120 km on a full charge. The scooter also includes a regenerative braking system, recovering energy during operation.
The UC3 supports the CHAdeMO charging standard. The accompanying 1,200 W charger allows for a 0-100% charge in approximately 4 hours, and a 20-80% charge in about 2 hours. Additionally, UC3 owners can charge their batteries at Honda Motor Charger Hubs located at HEAD stores. Users will register and pay for charging services via the My Honda+ app; pricing will be announced closer to the UC3 sales launch.
The UC3 electric scooter is equipped with a rear-wheel electric motor, delivering 8 horsepower and 22 Nm of torque. It offers three riding modes: standard, sport, and ECON, and also includes a reverse gear. The stated top speed is 80 km/h.

Other standard features include a LED lighting system, a 5-inch digital instrument cluster, and smartphone connectivity via the Honda RoadSync app. Conveniences include a front storage compartment with a USB-C charging port and a spacious under-seat storage compartment. Safety features comprise a front disc brake, a rear drum brake, and a combined braking system (CBS).
Honda offers a buyback and refurbishment policy for the UC3, aiming to provide customers peace of mind and ensure the vehicle's value over time. HEAD stores commit to repurchasing scooters at an attractive price if they meet conditions regarding documentation, maintenance, appearance, and operational status. The buyback value is transparently determined based on criteria such as mileage, vehicle age, maintenance history, and actual parts condition.
Customers can experience the UC3 before purchase through a free 7-day trial program in Hanoi and TP HCM, starting in July.
