Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam to open 60 showrooms by 2026

Omoda & Jaecoo aims to develop and complete its distribution system with 60 showrooms next year, maintaining a leading position among Chinese brands.

Omoda & Jaecoo currently operates a system of 40 showrooms and distributors nationwide, making it the largest among Chinese car manufacturers in Vietnam, according to company statistics.

Within approximately one year of entering the Vietnamese market, the company at one point opened nearly 10 showrooms and distributors in a single month. This rapid expansion is guided by a strategy of "controlled expansion", prioritizing quality and consistency in user experience. The company attributes the growth of its distributor network to selecting suitable partners with strong financial capabilities, experience in the automotive industry, and a long-term development orientation.

Next year, Omoda & Jaecoo plans to launch 16 new product lines in Vietnam to meet diverse user demands.

Distributors and showrooms in Vietnam are developed according to Omoda & Jaecoo's global standards. These facilities are strategically located in large, bustling areas for convenient user access. Each showroom integrates display spaces, service workshops, standardized equipment, and technical teams trained to company standards.

"This forms the foundation for the brand to standardize after-sales service quality nationwide, encompassing routine maintenance, repairs, and customer care throughout the product lifecycle," stated a representative of Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam.

These after-sales service centers are directly connected to the spare parts supply and technical support system. The company commits to supplying common parts within 48 hours, utilizing spare parts warehouses located in Dong Nai and Hai Phong, which serve as logistics hubs for the southern and northern regions, supplying components to distributors nationwide.

According to Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam, the rapid expansion of the distribution system demonstrates the confidence of domestic investors in the company's strategy. "In a volatile market, the decision to collaborate and invest long-term in a new brand is not an easy choice," a company representative said, adding that its practical implementation capabilities have helped persuade numerous major partners nationwide.

In addition to network expansion, Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam is also investing in upgrading facilities, training personnel, optimizing its spare parts system, and enhancing after-sales programs at dealerships, aiming for an optimal user experience nationwide.

Omoda & Jaecoo is part of the Chery Group, which has maintained a leading position in automobile exports for 22 consecutive years, with a presence in over 100 countries and territories globally. In Vietnam, the company broke ground on a manufacturing and assembly plant in october, a joint venture between Geleximco Group and Chery.

From 26-28/12, Omoda & Jaecoo will participate in the Vietnam Mobility Exhibition 2025, organized by VnExpress. At the event, the company will display and offer test drives for its entire range of products currently sold in Vietnam, including the new Omoda C7 and Jaecoo J6 models, alongside previously launched models such as: Omoda C5, Jaecoo J7 Flagship, and Jaecoo J7 SHS.
