The SC620 electronic mirror camera system is a new product in Vietmap's range of driving assistance devices. This accessory helps drivers enhance their side observation and reduce blind spots while driving. It also functions as an anti-glare electronic rearview mirror, particularly useful when driving at night, as headlight glare from trailing vehicles often reduces visibility through traditional mirrors, or during rain which significantly limits vision.

The Vietmap SC620 electronic mirror integrates a blind spot warning feature in its advanced version, alerting drivers to obstacles moving within difficult-to-see areas. Inside the vehicle, the camera system displays images on two 5-inch touchscreens, allowing drivers to adjust viewing angles according to their habits. This accessory also aids observation when reversing and maneuvering in confined spaces.

Beyond observation assistance, the SC620 features full HD recording capabilities, capturing traffic situations. It supports memory cards up to 256 GB with a loop recording mechanism. Vietmap announced the product meets IP68 water and dust resistance standards, ensuring stable operation in various weather conditions.

The standard SC620 version supports 25 FPS full HD recording, while the premium version offers a 50 FPS frame rate and integrated blind spot warning. The two versions are priced at 8.99 million and 10.99 million Vietnamese dong, respectively, and became available from 25/3 at Vietmap's nationwide dealer network.
