Elevated Ring Road two, designed for a maximum speed of 80 km/h, operates like a highway due to the prohibition of motorbikes. The entire elevated route, from Nga Tu So to Times City, shares similar urban characteristics, running through the inner city. Streetlights are present along the entire route; however, only the section from Nga Tu So to Giai Phong is lit, leaving the remaining half unilluminated.

I frequently travel this road and have long been surprised by the stark contrast: some sections are brightly lit, while others are completely dark. This transition from illuminated to unlit stretches demands greater caution from drivers and hinders visibility. I inquire if there is a specific reason for this discrepancy, and whether I am obligated to adjust my headlight mode.
