Opening the program, Binh Minh's leadership introduced three new equipment solutions from Wirtgen Group: Hamm, offering smart compaction for optimal construction efficiency and fuel savings; Vögele, providing high-precision paving technology to enhance road surface quality; and Wirtgen, featuring a milling, cold recycling, and road base stabilization system.
