Chairwoman of Hai Au Aviation is daughter-in-law of billionaire Ho Hung Anh

Ms. Bui Ngoc Bich Phuong, chairwoman of the board of directors of Hai Au Aviation Company, is the daughter-in-law of billionaire Ho Hung Anh, chairman of Techcombank.

Techcombank disclosed this information in its management report for the first six months of the year.

Ms. Bui Ngoc Bich Phuong was appointed chairwoman of the board of directors and legal representative at Hai Au Aviation Company in early 3. Born in 1995, she also serves as general director of Masterise Retail Ha Noi Limited Company.

The management report noted Ms. Bui Ngoc Bich Phuong as the daughter-in-law of Techcombank's chairman of the board, Mr. Ho Hung Anh. As of 30/6, Hai Au Aviation's deposits at Techcombank totaled nearly 175 billion VND, with outstanding loans of approximately 800 billion VND. Masterise Retail Ha Noi, meanwhile, borrowed over 456 billion VND from the bank.

Masterise Hotels Services Limited Company owns Masterise Retail Ha Noi. This company is part of the Masterise Group ecosystem.

Hai Au Aviation Joint Stock Company, established in mid-2011, is headquartered on Ba Trieu street, Cua Nam ward, Ha Noi city. This airline company previously belonged to Thien Minh Group (TMG).

Hai Au once solely provided seaplane flight services, primarily serving Ha Long Bay. The company operates a fleet of Cessna Grand Caravan 208B-EX aircraft. Additionally, Hai Au offers a private jet charter segment with Falcon 2000s aircraft.

However, the airline ceased seaplane operations from 1/4 to expand into other activities. This change followed Ms. Bui Ngoc Bich Phuong's appointment as chairwoman of the board of directors in early 3.
