The Gioi Di Dong Investment Joint Stock Company (MWG) recently announced the stock transaction results of Doan Van Hieu Em, an executive board member. From 7/9 to 23/9, he sold one million MWG shares.
Following the transaction, Hieu Em retains 1.26 million shares, representing 0.08% of MWG's capital, down from 2.26 million shares, or 0.15%, previously.
The sale of MWG shares is part of a portfolio restructuring plan to reallocate capital to DMX, reflecting a long-term commitment to Dien May Xanh. Hieu Em is currently the general director of Dien May Xanh, a subsidiary of MWG.
According to the transaction registration, he plans to acquire an additional 732,000 DMX shares between 10/9 and 9/10, either through order matching or negotiated deals. If completed, his ownership in Dien May Xanh will increase from 4.1 million to 4.83 million units, representing 0.38% of the capital.

Meanwhile, MWG plans to finalize its shareholder list on 8/10 to disburse a second cash dividend at a 10% rate, equivalent to 1,000 dong per share. With nearly 1.5 billion outstanding shares, the company expects to spend close to 1,500 billion dong.
The dividend is scheduled for payment on 16/10, sourced from undistributed after-tax profits as per the 2025 audited financial statements. MWG previously paid a first cash dividend at the same 10% rate, totaling over 1,468 billion dong.
