An EB5 Capital representative stated that this transaction provides a partial return to EB-5 partnerships, allowing investors to start receiving capital according to the project's schedule.
At the Agoura Hills Marriott project, the developer extended the senior loan and returned 9 million USD out of a total of 20,5 million USD in EB-5 capital. Although the project-level return is partial, this transaction allows eligible investors to receive their full 500.000 USD contribution. The remaining capital continues to be maintained within the project.
