Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company and Hoang Long Ha Noi Group recently met with Son La provincial leaders to present investment ideas for a significant real estate project. The proposal, discussed on 18/9, outlines a mixed-use urban area in Moc Chau, featuring housing, high-end ecological resort tourism, and artistic landscaping.
This initiative seeks to capitalize on Moc Chau's scenic beauty, favorable climate, and tourism potential. Located nearly 200 km northwest of Hanoi, Moc Chau is a popular destination in the northern region, particularly in spring. However, the area currently lacks large-scale urban and resort projects with comprehensive facilities and infrastructure. The proposed development aims to address this gap by enhancing local infrastructure and services, thereby creating new development space for Moc Chau ward.
The investors expressed their commitment to a long-term partnership with Son La. They pledged to dedicate resources and expertise to further research and refine their investment concepts and plans for the project.
Nguyen Dinh Viet, Chairman of the Son La Provincial People's Committee, requested relevant departments and agencies to provide essential information regarding planning, land, and other conditions to facilitate the project's implementation. He emphasized that the proposed development plans must align with existing regulations, comply with laws, and ensure the synchronization of technical and social infrastructure, all while promoting the unique local values of Moc Chau.
Ecopark Hai Duong, established in 2/2017, is known for its role as the developer of the over 100 ha Thai Binh Riverside Ecological Urban Area (EcoRivers Hai Duong). The company also has a presence in Nghe An, where it partnered with Tri Duong Investment Joint Stock Company to develop the 21 ha Vinh Riverside Urban Area, an investment valued at over 1,400 billion dong.
