The activity took place at Tan Thanh school point (part of Chieng Xuan Primary & Secondary School) on December 5. It was part of the "Delivering Sunshine, Transferring Love" program, organized by 247Express in coordination with the Son La provincial border guard station.

During the event, 247Express donated projection equipment for teaching, a water purifier, and several essential infrastructure items to the school point. These items were selected based on actual needs, prioritizing factors that directly impact students' learning and daily lives.
According to Hoang Quoc Anh, General Director of Hai Bon Bay Joint Stock Company (247Express), the program aims to bridge the gap in learning conditions between different regions through specific, practical support. "We want highland students to have a better learning environment, making access to knowledge more convenient and safer," the company's representative stated.

Actress Phuong Anh Dao accompanied the program. She spent time visiting classrooms and speaking with teachers and students. The actress was moved when she saw the children learning with a large screen for lessons for the first time, especially when a student looked at the new equipment and said, "this is the biggest television I've ever seen."
Phuong Anh Dao noted that disparities are evident not only in income or geographical distance but also in fundamental aspects of the learning environment. "When I entered the classrooms in the highland areas, I just wished I could help the children more," she shared.

For the teachers at the school point, the program's support facilitates teaching. Lessons now include visual aids, helping students easily grasp knowledge. The provision of a water purifier also contributes to ensuring the health of students who attend two sessions daily, alleviating a constant worry for the teachers.
Tan Thanh school point, part of Chieng Xuan Primary & Secondary School, currently has 153 students, all children from the Thai, Muong, and H'Mong ethnic groups. Most of them live in villages 5-6 km from the school, walking daily to attend classes. Due to the mountainous terrain, travel during the rainy season is difficult, sometimes leading to isolation.
School teachers reported that before receiving support, 6 classrooms still lacked projection equipment. Teaching primarily relied on traditional blackboards, limiting the ability to convey visual knowledge to students. Additionally, the supply of clean water for daily life and learning did not meet sufficient demand, particularly on hot days.
