Post offices are strategically located in high-demand areas such as TP HCM, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Lang Son, and Quang Ninh. This presence in easily accessible locations, near bus stations and other high-traffic points, allows SPX Express to effectively meet actual market needs. It also provides residents with simple and convenient shipping services, eliminating the need for long-distance travel or multiple intermediaries.

At SPX Express's new post offices, customers receive assistance with proper package wrapping, quick waybill printing, and real-time tracking of their shipments via an online system. This empowers them to manage all sending and receiving transactions proactively.

Additionally, during the peak season leading up to Tet, with increased demand for transporting luggage and goods to hometowns, SPX Express has further implemented this service expansion strategy by launching a luggage delivery service for individual customers. This service is available at a rate starting from 11,000 VND per kg. The "door-to-door" service helps people avoid carrying bulky luggage during their travels, particularly on long journeys.
Luggage is received, transported, and managed through an online waybill system, allowing senders to track their order status throughout the delivery process.
The opening and upgrading of over 100 post offices represent one of SPX Express's long-term investments aimed at expanding logistics service accessibility to a wider range of customers. Alongside developing its post office network, the company continues to invest in automated sorting warehouse systems, modern technology platforms, and its workforce, ensuring stable and high-quality operational capabilities.

Currently, SPX Express operates a network across 34 provinces and cities, covering 98% of rural and remote communes, with over 1,000 post offices and modern sorting center systems nationwide. In october, the company broke ground on a 17-hectare sorting center in Hung Yen, which is expected to be operational in 2027 with a capacity of 7 million parcels daily.
This network expansion and infrastructure investment demonstrate SPX Express's strategic direction in logistics development, closely aligned with market demand. During the year-end peak season, the company prioritizes opening new and standardizing existing post offices to enhance processing capacity, ensure stable delivery, and offer fast, cost-effective, and secure shipping solutions.
