The 1558 hotline provides voice services for incoming and outgoing calls and does not support text messages. In addition to this new number, customers can still contact the power corporations through their existing customer care phone numbers.
Guided by the motto "simpler, more convenient, with customer satisfaction at the core", EVN and its power corporations are accelerating the application of technology and standardizing customer care channels.

This initiative follows EVN's launch of the EVN CSKH application in mid-june, aiming to simplify service access and enhance customer experience. After approximately two months, the application has recorded over 1 million installations and uses, demonstrating a growing demand for accessing electricity services via digital platforms.
A company representative stated that the simultaneous deployment of the EVN CSKH application and the 1558 hotline indicates EVN is progressively building a multi-channel, convenient, and more accessible customer care system.
EVN is increasingly focusing on digitalizing customer support services, streamlining operations, and providing more contact options. Customers can use digital platforms on smartphones or choose the traditional phone channel through the hotline.
This direction aligns with the power sector's digital transformation process, where data and technology are utilized to improve service quality and enhance convenience in interactions between the company and its customers.
The nationwide operation of 1558 also simplifies remembering and choosing a contact point, especially in cases where customers require direct phone support.
The company also affirmed its commitment to continuously improve service delivery channels, enhance service quality, and better meet the needs of electricity users.
