For the first time, FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FPT Retail) has earned recognition on this prestigious list. The results are based on an evaluation by Time and market research firm Statista. Companies were assessed on three key pillars: financial growth, employee satisfaction, and transparency in sustainable development (ESG). FPT Retail secured the 393rd position with 79.44 points, a performance driven by its Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination center system.

According to financial reports, FPT Retail's consolidated revenue in 2025 reached 51,083 billion VND, a 27% increase compared to 2024. Profit before tax soared to 1,219 billion VND, up 131%. The Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination center system significantly contributed to this success, accounting for 68% of the revenue. FPT Shop also experienced a positive recovery, returning to profitability by focusing on its core product categories and expanding into new segments such as: electronics, home appliances, and mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) services.
By the end of 2025, FPT Retail operated a network of 3,263 stores nationwide. Notably, Long Chau boasts over 2,600 pharmacies and vaccination centers across 34 provinces and cities, currently serving approximately 33 million customers, equivalent to nearly one-third of Vietnam's population. Concurrently, FPT Shop maintained a stable scale and optimized operational efficiency.
The application of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data is a key factor helping FPT Retail grow revenue, optimize operations, enhance performance, and personalize customer experience.

Under the ESG pillar, the enterprise continues to effectively implement sustainable development practices, contributing to environmental, governance, and social aspects. ESG factors are integrated throughout all activities of the ecosystem, with the Long Chau system as a prominent representative. Last year, Long Chau received the Committed Badge from Ecovadis, a corporate sustainability rating organization, reflecting its effective application of sustainable principles in supply chain management and enhancing community healthcare quality.
Additionally, the system promotes activities to enhance transparency in the pharmaceutical industry; increasing access to genuine healthcare products, specialized medicines, new-generation vaccines, and rare drugs for millions of families. The company collaborates in public-private partnerships with the Ministry of Health and various associations, hospitals, and partners to directly participate in care, prevention, and raising community awareness, while also expanding charitable programs to support people in difficult circumstances.

In 2025, FPT Retail also received prestigious awards such as: "top 10 most reputable retail companies" from Vietnam Report; and "top 50 best listed companies in Vietnam 2025" selected by Forbes Vietnam. Furthermore, the Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination center system was honored with "innovation - technology breakthrough of the year" at the Healthcare Asia Pharma Awards 2025 and "Asia's outstanding enterprise" at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards 2025.
