The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance announced that the global fuel market in recent days has been influenced by information regarding negotiations on reopening the Strait of Hormuz and forecasts for oil demand growth this year.
During this adjustment period, the regulator has ceased expenditures and allocations from the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund.
Following the inter-ministerial decision, the price of E10 RON 95-III gasoline increased by 550 dong to 22,660 dong per liter. E5 RON 92 gasoline rose by 600 dong, reaching 21,830 dong per liter.
Similarly, oil products also saw increases of between 930 and 1,310 dong per liter or kilogram. Specifically, diesel is priced at 28,540 dong per liter, and mazut at 17,680 dong per kilogram.
