The agreement, signed on 16/10, outlines a collaboration to integrate Green SM's mobility services into Elife's global system. This partnership will allow Elife's partners to offer electric vehicle services directly on their existing platforms. Users will be able to book Green SM vehicles through their familiar apps, eliminating the need to download or switch to a new platform. The two companies plan to roll out this integration across markets in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the US.

This partnership provides Green SM access to approximately 100 million monthly active users from Elife's partners, particularly international tourists visiting Vietnam. This extensive customer connection enables Green SM to meet the demand for quality and modern mobility services for travelers.
Conversely, Elife's ecosystem gains an environmentally friendly mobility option. The all-electric VinFast fleet, operated by Green SM, offers quiet, zero-emission travel, ensuring passengers enjoy smooth journeys, even on long routes. Beyond service integration, the two companies will collaborate on exclusive promotional programs for tourists and intensify communication efforts across platforms to expand market share.
Tran Thi Thu Phuong, Business Director of GSM, noted that the partnership with Elife marks a new step in the company's global expansion strategy. Through Elife's extensive partner network, Green SM aims to provide more convenient electrified mobility solutions, contributing to the spread of green transportation trends in Vietnam and international markets.
Elife's General Director, Dan Deng, stated that the company's mission is to help partners provide reliable mobility services to users. He believes that integrating Green SM's all-electric fleet into the global network will enable partners to diversify services, maintain their brand identity, and enhance the experience for tourists worldwide.
The collaboration between Green SM and Elife aligns with the robust growth of the global electric ride-hailing market. Mordor Intelligence forecasts the global electric taxi market size to grow from 29,54 billion USD in 2025 to 110,56 billion USD by 2031, representing a compound annual growth rate of 24,6%. The airport transfer and tourism service segment is projected to grow even faster, estimated at 27,6% during the same period.
Green SM launched in Vietnam in 2023 and has rapidly expanded its green mobility ecosystem to countries including Laos, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Denmark, Netherlands, Kazakhstan, and the US. The company has completed approximately 850 million trips, covering nearly 6 billion km in total. This achievement has contributed to reducing over 800,000 tons of carbon emissions, equivalent to the absorption capacity of about 36 million trees. The new agreement with Elife further solidifies Green SM's role in connecting international tourism platforms and building a sustainable transportation system.
