The program took place on 7/6 with the participation of Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central mass organizations, and President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Key program activities included: skill enhancement, innovation promotion, and human resource development. Employees participated in technical demonstrations, showcasing the operation of modern food processing equipment like sublimation drying technology, cold drying, deep freezing, and sharing practical production experience.

Additionally, the company launched an initiative competition to improve operational efficiency, optimize productivity, and product quality. Individuals and teams with outstanding achievements were regularly recognized and rewarded.

The program also facilitated Sasaki experts in providing direct technical guidance, supporting employees in accessing new technologies. Through these activities, the company assessed employees' professional competence, creativity, and technological application skills, which will inform long-term training and team development plans.

During the program, the delegation toured the factory, observing production, technology research and development, and directly engaging with employees to offer encouragement. Numerous exemplary teams and individuals received recognition for their outstanding contributions to the creative labor emulation movement, which has boosted productivity and product quality.

With over 26 years in electronics and high-tech machinery manufacturing, Hanel PT is transitioning to an AI - ESG Smart Manufacturing model. This model uses artificial intelligence for smart production, prioritizing "environment – social – governance." Concurrently, the Sasaki brand is developing a technology ecosystem to preserve food value. This includes solutions for rapid deep freezing, versatile cold drying, smart sublimation drying, vacuum drying, and other new-generation food processing technologies.

According to Tran Thi Thu Trang, Chairwoman of Hanel PT and the Sasaki brand, the company views people as central to its development strategies. "Technology creates productivity, but people create value," Trang stated.
