At the award ceremony on 9/7, NCB received three prestigious awards: "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026", "Tech Empowerment Awards 2026", and "People Transformation Awards 2026".
The HR Asia Awards is an annual award organized by HR Asia Magazine. It aims to honor businesses with outstanding human resource policies, working environments, and employee engagement across Asia. The evaluation process follows the comprehensive TEAM model, combining employee surveys and in-depth interviews with a panel of experts.
This year's event, themed "People First, Always", highlighted businesses that demonstrate strong adaptability and growth amidst change, and those that foster ideal working environments for their employees. Through this theme, the organizers emphasized that people remain the core factor for sustainable business development, especially with the strong growth of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation.
Surpassing rigorous criteria set by the expert panel and direct employee survey results, NCB achieved an impressive 4,6/5 points. This marks its fourth consecutive year being honored in the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026" category.
